This sounds a lot better than what is on the table now.. as long as security comes first..

I disagree. Touch back is a scheme cooked up by big business.

Illegal aliens should have to apply for re-entry and wait AT HOME in their country of origin just like everyone else who is applying to get in. Otherwise, they are still cutting in front of the line to be here.
