They tried really hard to make us think she might be innocent, but it’s hard to hide the 26 prior convictions for assault, OR the fact that she’s currently out on bail for ANOTHER assault charge.
I’m not a big fan of 3-strike rules, but I’m thinking after 5 or 6 you’ve set a pretty clear pattern.

I’m not in favor of 3-strikes either. However, we know that a judge who gets tired of seeing a defend... er, criminal, has ways to make sure that they don’t get out for a while.
I’m pretty sure that this case should be one of those. Bonus points if they charge mom for any crimes her little SEVEN (???) darlings commit due to her influence on them.
