Proving you point? In your mind, maybe. As I've stated, there is NOTHING on the MI state real estate disclosures which specifically addresses this (non)issue. It shouldn't appear on the books in ANY state.

Forget the boogeyman aspect. I see absolutely nothing noble or ethical about hiding the fact that a murder/suicide occurred in a house for sale. I can only assume you do.
