We really have to struggle with our food today in a different way than our ancestors.

In fairness to today’s folks, they are just trying to make our lives longer and longer. Our ancestors had an average life of 64 a generation ago. Today it is late 70’s and perhaps 80 for women. So although it is annoying to see them get their nose in our food business (which I ignore for the most part), I think they are doing it for a worthy cause at least on their outlook of it.

That group is being over ruled by those who allow other nations such as China to tanited food to unsupected citizens to eat.

It is a fact to day the simple carbohydrates, HFCS, added sugars, enriched or bleached flours, trans and saturated fats are poison to the system and some times hard to pin down in your purchase.

Are you aware if you pick up a package of uncooked meat it might contain flavor water which could throw ones diet off or be allergic to it!
