What I HAVE seen evidence of is that listening to an I-pod can cause your BRAIN to quit working.
Just as talking on a cell phone causes ones driving skills to be negated.

I've noticed a particularly high correlation of this when rap is involved.
Just as talking on a cell phone causes ones driving skills to be negated.
Especially when at least one of the parties in the conversation is an attorney ("this call is costing me HOW much??")
