Ive always felt that massage and chiropractic care are the best ways to deal with pain issues as opposed to drugs, and IMO (totally unsolicited advice coming) if you add in some regular yoga or daily stretches, you might prevent chronic or nagging pain issues entirely. I whole heartedly agree. Never have done acupressure or acupuncture but willing to try them for relief. Eventualy one reaches the point were spurs, herniations & stenosis occurs.... and it gets a little more complicated.
Lysie, My Cali is doing well. Like an old lady now.- difficult to get around but does so..She begs to get on my lap when I am at computer. She used to just bounce up & go on lap, keyborad, wherever she could be the most obnoxious.
For the 4 months or so she was death's door candidate she didn't move at all.. just stayed in one place. DIet, herbs, exercise, meds all combined for that to turn around. She goes out with me while I garden etc. She will not be walking the miles through forest with me but I will take her on some outings & carry her.
While she was sick I took her out a few times a day(even in really cold weather) and we walked around & I stroked her & talked to her.

Good morning to all, blue skies here today. I have been potting some plants for our “give-away” for the Gardenfest next Saturday
I will be busy most of the day, Molly, I will check out all of your great links this evening.
One story I am trying to check out is the story of ......... "Duo Found Guilty Over Leaked Iraq Memo"
The story is from England.

Yes I have noticed the bent trees stayed bent. I always thought they would at the very least start curving themselves back to the sun.
Shows what I know! :)

Morning....can’t read People Mag, love National Geographic, find slapstick (Charlie Chang) outrageous and love satire(Young Frankenstein)...so where am I on your measuring stick? HOB

Good morning, Molly. Thanks for the great links. I really like IBD’s editorials. They always hit the nail on the head.
We’re having great weather in MN again today. Supposed to be in the 80’s. Busy planting annuals here.

Well, illstillbe, I see you are after talkin' to yourself, you are ... churning up bandwidth ... kayak gave you most of her's, most times, though her quiet thoughts and chirpy outlook on life was always so welcome and now missed ... I do not know what comes next for us, here ... there was a sweetness and safeness, on this thread ... even as we approached the left with information, thanks to Molly ... and so many others ... well ... I don't know ....
