That was my first suspicion...where the hell were the shadows? An object this large is going to block sunlight. But, whoever made this was a professional that is no doubt. They must be in the special effects industry.
If they were a real professional they would have taken that into account. Lighting and something to get the size are crucial. Nice model. Now they need to get the Sfx people involved, because these people were modeliers, not effects people.
