our justice system works! about time that little lady had a taste of consequences for such reckless behavior.

We have way too many people in prisons and jails here in the States. It is foolishness. Our prisons and legals systems have simply become a bureaucracy that needs to constant feed itself (to be justified).

Non (deliberately)threatening people do not belong in prison or jail. Put them to work, make them use whatever assets and talents they have for others (community service)...Ahh, but this wouldn't help to create enormous budgets for our legal systems to justify.

When will this country wake-up! Prisons should be for violent criminals. Plain and simple.
