It infuriated me to see overweight cops in full battle dress with rifles that you and I aren't allowed to buy hiding behind trees during at VT within ear shot of the gun shots

Many people feel the same way. My nephew and I saw the video of the cops response. My nephew just yelled out, "why are they cowards?" All I could say was they are trained to follow procedures and minimize risk "to themselves." It seems government is too bureaucratic in all aspects.

Can you imagine the mindset? Gunshots ringing out, kids screaming for their lives, and Chief Wiggam and company saying, in their heads, "we gotts follow procedres". It is disgusting.
