The article is about a mixed-use development of commercial and residential projects, but the one paragraph made me really wonder if I was eavesdropping on an intellectual mating ritual:

“I think it’s kind of hard to visualize the kind of ingress and egress that you’re proposing,” said Commissioner Nellavan Jeglum. “I too am in favor of something different that would cater to all the different needs. Ingress and egress is a big concern for me.”
