Can’t think of one good Christian counselor who says one should wait until the wedding to kiss your intended spouse.
Whether they're "good" or not is debatable, but there's at least one married couple going around to church youth groups spreading this message. My wife's nephew was all about not kissing his girlfriend (now fiancee) after seeing them, although I suspect they might have fallen off that particular wagon in the years since.
One gets the distinct sense that neither of them has a clue about what they're going to do on their wedding night and (according to my wife, who's talked to her) the girl seems deeply weirded out or simply delusional about the whole idea.
