Hopefully this explains why we are skeptical.

There's nothing wrong with skepticism. But take it up with the company; not a guy working 8 hours a week doing store demonstrations.

I stand by what I've posted, and I stand by Science Diet. If I didn't believe they have a fine product I wouldn't be doing the work. I also use, and will continue to use the product. That's how strongly I feel they are one of the finest pet food providers in America. You may disagree, but that is your choice.

Throughout the years I have seen the ads touting Science Diet foods.

About 20 years ago, I deliberately bred two litter sisters back to a nephew of theirs, trying to get a bunch of long-haired red tabbies (both male and female).

I bought a case of Science Diet canned food and some of the dry food that came in little round kibbles. I had 13 kittens and two mother kitties, and not one of them would eat the canned food. They would nibble a little bit at the kibbles.

Maybe the stuff is good, but my experience has been that I could never get any of my cats to eat very much of the Science Diet canned food.
