They show the ‘updated’ Hill-O-Ree on a regular basis, when they put her picture up you can see that it has had some MAJOR surgery.

I’ve seen her pictures close-up right here on FR. She has really aged a lot. I’ll try to have a strong stomach and check any close-ups of Hillary and see if she had any surgery done on her face.
