Bikini babes power own iPod April 23, 2007
A SOLAR-powered BIKINI that can charge an iPod has been invented. Designer Andrew Schneider covered a black two-piece with 40 flexible 4in x 1in panels. The connector is on the hip. He said: It can be worn in water but youd have to let it dry completely before you plugged your iPod in. He is now working on male beach shorts that provide enough energy to charge a beer cooler. The New York University student hit on the ideas during a sustainable practices course. He said: Alternative power is an important concern. |
