Freeze your Ho Hos...the chocolate come right off; the cake firms up; and the creme takes on an ice-creammy like texture.

And always, always have REAL Ho Hos...not the wannabes that Little Debbie produces (good...but not Hostess quality). Face it...LD named their treat the politically nuetral 'Swiss Cake Roll.'

We freeze any type of lunch cake. You’re right about that. They seem weird now if they aren’t frozen.

Those Double Chocolate Swiss cake things LD makes are some serious sugar containers though! Chocolate cake with chocolate creme, covered with chocolate icing, hopped up with chocolate syrup inside just for laughs....
