Truck hits guard rail and flips end over end over that culvert.

Do you think the driver had an angel on his shoulder?

Look at the first picture

Now ... check out the second picture

Lots of confusion here over what constitutes an Extended News story. This most assuredly does not.

I’ve seen this before, and judging by the two photos in relation to the chain link fence and the truck, and where the photographer must have stood to take the first photo, I say it’s been photoshoped.

Look at the first photo, and how much grass is in front of the chain link fence.

Look at the second photo in this thread, or the third photo of your link, and the ground drops away right at the foot of the chain link fence.

I say Photoshop.

www.snopes.com says this story is true. See following (w/additional aerial photo of location):

See the following discussion for more on this (with a closeup photo of the accident site):

http://message.snopes.com

It appears to me the accident is real. But how the truck came to be in the position shown is questionable to me? I'm not sure it flipped? It might have skidded along the guardrail, looking at the bent guardrail support located over the culbert, before it finally came to rest?

Thanks! After reading where the accident occured, I found the spot on Google Maps and it is indeed a nasty drop off.

I’m still not fully convinced that photoshop enhanced Picture #3 however, just by looking at the differences between the ground next to the chain link fence.

I’m wrong, but I’ll never admit it!
