Its not always the fault of energency responders

How true! The way traffic laws are written in my state place the full blame for any crash that happens under red lights fully on the shoulders of the EV driver. Not fair in my opinion, and as a result the departments (Police, Fire and EMS) in my state are saddled with some of the highest liability insurance rates in the nation.
