I just checked their web site, and Bob Evans fish sandwich has 37 grams of fat!!! No way am I blowing my diet over a fish sandwich. I just called him and asked him to get me a veggie sub from Subway instead.
Good grief! And while there I looked up their chicken salad platter and it has 1180 calories!
I think a lot of people in this country are heavy because they have NO idea what calories and fat are in the things they are eating!
Confession time: I LOVE potato chips. The only way I can avoid them is to resist the urge to buy a package of them. I failed that urge this week and crunched my way through too many. (Slap, slap. Should I “apologize” to myself? LOL)

I recently started checking websites for food info as well and it’s a great tool.
I’ve lost about 20lbs so far. Would like to lose another 7 or so but all these “end of the season” parties and potlucks have made it difficult.
