I apologise in advance For being an optimist But life is good. Wait, don't go, Give me a chance I'm saying this sober, Not stoned, Not pissed. Life is good. Can you hear this? Well, stand up and take notice, You miserable bastards.
This poem isn't poetic, in fact, in the world of poetry, 'Pretentious poets' corner' Or wherever, I may be considered A heretic. But i haven't time, To make things rhyme, Or wrap my message, In couplets and riddles, So hey-diddle diddle, Here's what i have to say: Life is short. Cheer up.
Take it or leave it.
