What it basically means is computer chips get faster and cheaper all the time. Moore's Law is still in effect. At some point, we will see Intel move their chip-making to the moon or in zero gravity where they will continue getting faster and cheaper. Eventually, we will be able to fit 400 quintillion transistors on a chip the size of the period following this sentence.
