Try a nibble of milk chocolate with a sip of Shiner or IPA. My dad turned me on to it. Man oh MAN. Dang...you're not kidding! On one of my very last nights in the US (not near Houston), I tried just that, much to the consternation of my traveling buddies.
The chocolate nibbles were with Shiner Bock and it ROCKED! Six out of six of us concurred. My skeptical friends are now all admitted converts.
I resisted the "I told you so" temptation successfully.
