NASSAU, Bahamas — Anna Nicole Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead is the father of her baby girl, a judge ruled on Tuesday.

"I hate to be the one to tell you this but I told you so," a jubilant Birkhead said Tuesday after a closed-door hearing. "My baby's going to be coming home pretty soon. I'm the father."

I thought the same about this waste of space. I agree with with one of the psych. on some show the other night saying all three of them-Stern-the horrible Vergie and this blonde idiot are not worthy of being a parent and the little girl should have been put up for adoption to real parents who didn’t care about the money and let these three disappear. This poor baby’s life will never be what it should be. This guy is not married and not equipped to be a dad to a 7 month old. He’s loving the limelight a little too much.

The will does not mention anyone but Daniel, and he’s unfortunately very dead. In fact, it specifically excluded any unborn children in ANS’s future...which seems a strange thing to put into a will. Since the will is not applicable, CA law will determine how much Danilyn will get.

A number of first person reports claim that Stern tried to abscond with Anna. Friends said Anna didn’t like Stern and when she and Stern seemed to be getting closer, Anna was less available and she acted differently with and without his presence. Additionally, he allegedly got her hooked on some of those drugs to further control her.

Fox News says Stern is a lawyer who “has never made money as a lawyer.”

Much of these sorts of accusations fit well enough together to seem true and time will tell, I hope.

Since Birkhead is the real father, I think the Grandmother has absolutely no legal rights, so Stern is just trying to get a few more digs into grandma who seems to be making his life miserable with talk of murder, etc.

If there is anything decent in Birkhead at all, he will take the baby and go home.
