Maybe they’re all going to whip themselves and blame the wounds on the US DoD.
Sadr is trying to get everyone stoked for a rally and be non-cooperative, etc, et al. Here’s one article brief on it:

Moqtada al-Sadr calls on Iraqi armed forces to quit cooperation with occupier
Baghdad, 8 April - The Iraqi government hastened to declare as abolished the scheduled celebration of the fourth anniversary of the so-called liberation of Iraq through US-led invasion troops on 8th April 2003. The move is aimed at countering a mass exodus from the al-Sadr district of Baghdad to Najaf by followers of Motaqa al-Sadr, who are heeding a call to gather in Najaf for a huge demonstration protesting the ongoing foreign occupation of the country. Today, on the eve of the planned gathering in Najaf, leaflets were distributed in which Moqtada al-Sadr urged his followers to concentrate on the expulsion of foreign armed forces from Iraq and called on the Iraqi armed forces and police to stop all cooperation with the occupation forces. Meanwhile, US military sources in Iraq announced the deaths of four more US soldiers, killed by a roadside bomb during yesterday’s raid on Diyala province northeast of Baghdad.

What people are talking about though is a Russian sourced rumor being spread by the Russians, Iranians and liberal media is that the US is going to have a “BIG” strike...and poor Iran...etc, ad nauseum.
It’s the day they all get to meet allah in a big flash of light and heat?
I dunno about the Islamonazis either. April 9th is the start of former state Senator John Ford’s trial in Memphis in the Tennessee Waltz corruption case. Hope they convict that POS.
