2)Birkhead stands no chance of enjoying ANY benefits of full custody, if Stern is still Executor or Rales is Co-Executor. Birkhead can't get him removed; in fact, Birkhead just said the other day, he hadn't 'even thought' about wrongful death suits. Virgie can get Stern removed and Rales too.

I read that she is not staying at a hotel. I believe one of her lawyers has her staying at a private home all this time. I know I read that somewhere.
