i believe she was... she left a bar in myrtle beach with stern in tow and g. ben thompson, after arguing with larry birkhead. it was a very loud scene if you believe some accounts.

The alleged boyfriend was apparently Larry Birkhead, who was wearing a T-shirt that declared: “I love my girlfriend.” Smith, in October, told The Louisville Courier Journal “Larry keeps me occupied so I don't have to worry about being lonely anymore.”
The postings about Smith’s shenanigans were all removed from her Web site and the forum was closed, but a few photo highlights of the weekend still exist on the Web.
“The reason we took down the postings was that we don’t want Anna defamed on her own Web site,” Stern told The Scoop. He says that she did enter the wet T-shirt contest, but did not expose herself — she was wearing pasties. He also denies that Smith took or asked for any pills or that she has a boyfriend. “The only thing that was true is that I went there to save her because she didn’t feel safe," he said. "She met some good people in South Carolina and some bad people and I question their motives. I’m glad we got her out of there on time.”

As for Larry Birkhead, Payne claims in the declaration that he and Anna Nicole had a "love hate relationship" and she would refer to Mr. Birkhead as, "the a**hole" in our discussions about this fact." In the e-mail, Smith is on a rant against a person who appears to be the Kentucky-bred Birkhead: "I just want to be happy and that lil f..k wont leave me alone and treats me like s..t in front of his friends it has always been them over me, when hes in Kentucky...."

Huh? I thought Larry said he only went to Myrtle Beach once when ANS was there and he didn’t see her, just visited his relatives and then went back to wherever he came there from - not sure if he came from L.A. or had been to KY first or had gone back to KY on way home to CA.
So, Larry was there with her, clubbing? Oh, wait, that was in 2005. Sorry. It was 2006 when he didn’t see her in MB. OK. But HKS’s statement was about 2005 and he’s acting like it was about 2006.
