Someone must have said something in between that statement to interrupt and the woman continued with "and then her daughter died". It's a matter of record that Virgie filed for custoday after Anna Nicole Smith died, somewhere around February 20th, 2007. I read no more into the statement then a simple transcript hiccup. Surely that attorney is not that dumb.
And yes, I thought most of them were far more dramatic then it needed to be. You're entitled to your take on it but that was mine.

Attorney Rose was commenting ‘on the run’, but there was no interruption in her statement in the clip I saw.
Perhaps I’m influenced by watching Hannity and Colmes, but most of the guests seemed almost lethargic rather than dramatic by comparison. The most animated discussion involved the diaries.
If posters didn’t have a difference of opinion, there’d be nothing to talk about. ;)
