My, oh my, reading your linked article from just today I’m sure this means the the KE-HKS alliance has started to split. . . Big Time!!

For clarity sake, this is a simple letter. I could have written the same request for what it's worth. This is not a legal pleading being filed before the court. What on earth would Stern call himself if he tried? Executor de son tort?

Perhaps Lin Wood would like to explain the definition of that to his client.
