So there is NO formal ‘hearing’ today, just BL and VA talking? But if they work something out for VA to get some time with the baby, didn’t HKS say he would then fight for custody on Friday? Or is that just if she asks for more than visitation?
I hadn’t heard anything about Larry leaving, unless he leaves alone. Wouldn’t they have to drop the order on DL in order for him to take her? I like the idea of him rushing to get permission for her to leave and whatever paperwork done as is necessary and then just taking the current nanny with him for a couple of weeks. I doubt DL needs time to adjust leaving HKS.
Yesterday I heard Pinder say that HKS will fail to have the inquest delayed further and he believes it will begin, as scheduled, on Tuesday. HKS’s comment about sticking around the island surprised me...I felt certain he would leave ASAP to avoid testifying and if he did, claims of his being guilty, is why he needed Lin.

Do you think HKS has some stuff to AVOID in the States? Maybe people want to talk to him?
