I’ve always loved that movie! I’ve been to Salzburg, Austria, in the past, but I never took the “The Sound of Music” tour before. I did last October, however, and it was well worth it.

The other thing that makes it neat is that it's based on true story - true family.....I understand there are Von Trapp family members who live in this country now and who run a Van Trapp lodge up in the North East - have a coworker that has been there for skiing.
How glad I am that their family escaped death by the Nazi's.
