I believe the corrected Birth certificate will be forwarded to Ca to correct their record. It was used by them in a case regarding obtaining DNA from Howard. I don’t know how the case went but it’s possible it could be revived and frankly, I find it likely because it was a standing order which was stopped only because of the erroneous birth certificate.

No...It was very clear that they honored Bahama Law. They will correct the record when they receive “new evidence”.

Custody issues can ALWAYS be revisited based on new evidence or changing circumstances. Custody issues are determined in the proper venue...if the baby is moved to California Virgie can file in California.
If LB moves back to KY she can file there...I think she will have tough time getting custody in the US unless she were able to prove him unfit.
