Today is our last full day at my Mom's. It has been a wonderful week and Jack has absolutely blossomed here with his Grandmother. Yesterday, they went clothes shopping and both had a ball. Jack usually hates clothes shopping, especially with his Mother, but he was great and Mom says she felt like a "Grandmother"! I was having a massage, a gift from my Mom. Left it 6'4" of jello.
We leave tomorrow for Northern Virginia and "reality". Jack plays trumpet Sunday at church while flip flapjacks.

Thanks Janey, I appreciate your answer. The flowers are just beginning to blossum. I really want to save these since that darn squirrel ate ALL of my bulbs in the back garden! They were from Michigan bulbs too and not cheap. Grrr!

We saw the Brits giving their press conference and said they never admitted to be in Inran’s waters. I’m wondering what and why the helicopter left the area when these military personnel were being captured. Was it recalled? Curious.

Oh, no! I missed that one. Sheesh. What’s going on in schools is almost criminally stupid. A few months ago FNC interviewed a teacher who couldn’t get kids in her classroom to stop talking on her cell phones. It’s like the kids are running the asylum.

I heard on the radio today that Newt Gingrich is going to debate John Kerry next week on the issue of global warming. There was no indication of what day or which venue is hosting the event. It was announced on Rush’s show.

I just got a message from JT. Apparently there was a bomb blast in Ramadi which killed 27. JT said his barracks shook but they were at least a mile away. He didn’t give me any more details. I haven’t seen any articles about this on FR.
