O’Reilly?
Geraldo?
not worth watching, Ugly Betty is on........

Entertainment Politics Television, thats all O'Reilly and even Hannity have become. Geraldo, Bill Boggs (remember him?), Morton Downey, and 60 Minutes started the genre. Then it was perfected by Crossfire, and now its sunk into Fox. Real lowbrow stuff ... tabloid television.

Bahhhhhh .........

I think because of the topic, I was more interested at watching the millionaires blow up at each other..

I live so close to the Mexican border, I can smell it and illegal immigration is a thorn in my side..

If they were yapping about any other topic, I’d probably would not be interested..

But it’s a thorn and it appears Bill and Geraldo are exorcised as well about immigration...

I watched it. It was great TV. Wish they’d have beat each others brains out.

It would have been a true win/win.

Although, to BOR's credit, at least he covers issues like these that the Left Wing media completely ignores.

I’m not surprised. I was listening to O’reilly on radio this morning in the car. He said Jeraldo was going to be on his show, and he’d better not try to defend this latest travesty.

Was anything said about this:

D-U-I Crash Suspect Here Illegally (”A Christmas Story” director killed by illegal alien)

O'Reilly stands up for the President on a lot of issues. I'll take that kind of tabloid tv in prime time.

I’d say he stands up for America on a lot of issues. Sometimes I wonder if the President or any political party has Americans as their best interests

Geraldo maintained the problem is solely one of drunk driving

Of course he did. I have yet to see him not get down and lick the boots of Hispanic illegals.

Although I detest BOR's showboating tactics, I have to admit he's right on this issue. The lefties can't say he's a bushbot when it comes to illegal immigration. It was Whoraldo who trumpeted the praises of the invaders from the south.

Better watch yourself, it's only 'cool' to bash the Factor on these threads.

I like to be different.

Of course he does, thats part of his schpiel/appeal, and I have no doubt that O'Reilly is passionate about his proclamations. But what we have here is Tabloid Television, of which the ratings and bottom line are all important. So it makes perfect sense that in this day and age of tabloid television, that established *media stars* such as O'Reilly or Hannity would 'set up' a confrontational topic with an adversary just for the ratings and notoriety.

Call me a cynic if you like, but thats the way I see it

Jerry is a punk. He’s been pretending to be named “Geraldo Rivera” for so long that he now thinks he’s an illegal alien. I was more entertained by the complete and utter stupidity of jane hall in a later segment.

Ya know? If I wanted to see a bunch of millionaires having a pre-programmed feud and beating the crap out of each other, then I'd tune into the WWE (formerly WWF)

the topic was a drunk drving death by an illegal..
I don’t know how a “media star” can stage that..
It’s a topic that is important to America..

The illegals are now drinking and driving and killing Americans that other Americans won’t kill..

He has a strong opinion on that and wanted to put on somebody with the exact opposite opinion..

I call it fair and it’s bound to be good TV..
