Children arrested over sex in classroom

Five fifth-graders in the US state of Louisiana have been arrested today after an investigation into allegations that students had sex in an unsupervised classroom, with other classmates present.

“After 44 years of doing this work, nothing shocks me anymore,” Union Parish Sheriff Bob Buckley said. “But this comes pretty close.”

The alleged incident took place March 27, at the Spearsville school in rural north Louisiana.

Four students—two 11-year-old girls, a 12-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy—were arrested on charges of obscenity, a felony. An 11-year-old boy who was the alleged lookout was charged with being an accessory after the fact, Buckley said.

The class was inadvertently left unattended while the teacher attended a meeting, Buckley said.

“It's not clear how long they were left alone but speculation is that it was about 15 minutes,” Buckley said. “When no teacher showed up, the four began to have sex in the classroom with the other elementary students in the classroom with them.”

The students, who were not identified because of their age, were released to their parents after their arrests because the parish has no juvenile holding facility, Buckley said.

“I'm sure they're like everybody else up here, shocked that children that age would be indulging in sex acts, especially with witnesses,” Buckley said.

“Children now are subjected to sex in music and movies these days. They are certainly are a lot more knowledgeable now.”

Buckley said it was unclear what a juvenile would face in penalties. For adults, conviction on obscenity in the presence of someone under 17 carries a $US10,000 ($A12,260) fine and from two to five years in prison.

So what are they going to do now? Throw them in prison for paying attention in sex-ed class?

Obscenity? But..the supreme court says that the majority can’t discriminate against a minority based on their distaste for their moral behavior. So if a minority of these children want to have sex in the classroom, who are we to judge? They have urges you know.

Oh you didn't get the memo. This happens because of a LACK OF education. Sex-ed class is touted as the cure. Oh wait...no, kids will do what they do anyway....so if they were paying attention, they used condoms. Whew! We aren't supposed to care as long as they use condoms.

The truth no one will admit: The kids need education in virtue and morality.

This is so stupid. Just more fodder for the police-courts-incarceration industrial complex. Quite the billions dollar cottage industry now. No wonder my taxes are so outrageous, between this and reading the story yesterday of how 4 British cops had to go question a 10 year old for sending an email to another kid that included the word “gay”, I’ve lost all hope for the future. Bring on the police state.

Hah! Sure, why didn't I think of that: Obviously, the kids have not been shown enough gay porn in the classroom! Behold the power of progressive thinking!

According to epodunk.com, Spearsville’s population makeup is:

· Irish - 17%
· German - 11%
· English - 9%
· Scottish - 5%
· Mexican - 3%
· Iranian - 1%
· Italian - 1%

I wonder what the other 50% is. It sounds like a secret.

These kids are just re-enacting what they see at home all the time, with mama on her back and all the drug-dealing “uncles” visiting.

It’s the same in any ghetto in America.

How can society hope to civilize these kids when they have already been immersed in the most immoral of cultures?

FIFTH GRADE?? Have all these kids been held back, or what? I was 10 in 5th grade. Had no inkling what sex was - I'd kind of heard about it, but really had no clue. Had other interests, kid interests. Can 10 year olds could even perform the sex act? This sexualization of children is like a deadly cancer on the social body.

Spearsville school in rural north Louisiana.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

This is the end of the line, folks. There is no where else to move.

If there is flamingly shocking sexual behavior and abuse among students, and teacher molestation of students, in Tooele and South Jordon, Utah, and rural Louisiana, there is NO WHERE else to move.

But,,,,we have defenders of institutionalization of children (particularly government school defenders) who insist that this isn’t happening in their child’s school.

Geeze!
Talk about denial.

Solution: Do not warehouse your precious child by institutionalizing him for his education. Do what ever it takes to homeschool.

Which is walking hand in hand with the Education-Industrial-Complex, and the Child-Protection-Services-Complex.

Here’s a good summary of Spearsville. It’s a very small rural area at a very Northern point of Louisiana. I don’t think it’s rife with drug dealers.
