As bad as this is, and I did read the whole article, doesn't it just call for more government regulation. Are we going to get a new cabinet member, Secretary of Pets? A new Center for Pet Disease Control? Have a federal tax on pet ownership?
Life is full of risks and we can't be protected from all of them.
