If we ever could manage to find evidence of gravitons, and even emit them from devices, it will be a revolution, allowing graviton propulsion, graviton sensors, graviton communication, and graviton directed weapons. It will also allow bending electromagnetic waves, bend laser and give more flexibility of laser like a mortar to reach over the other side of an obstacle.

I don't think anything that fancy was ever involved in Podkletnov's experiments and the USAF and Boeing appear to have taken him seriously. The experiments involved rotating semiconductors. His beam weapon, if it is real, would produce a couple hundred pounds of impact on a target. That might make it the ultimate anti-katusha rocket weapon since that would probably deflect a katusha rocket into flyover country. It would not be a weapon to compete with or replace an 8" howitzer.
