No. If they want reps, they should be reabsorbed into the State of Maryland, from which they were created, at which time the Fed open money faucet gets shut down.

Let D.C. residents vote in Maryland, as the district was formed from Maryland. This would be a good compromise, giving them voting rights without having to add a representative or the chance of 2 senators being added from D.C. alone.
