My daughter is 15 and likes him because he is really nice and has great hair. His performance was pretty good this time, although he definitely doesn't have the voice.
Every time the judges criticize someone like Sanjaya I ask one question: "If he sucks, how come the judges selected him out of all those thousands?"

Melinda Doolittle has worked as a backup singer for AI contestant, George Huff. She didn't just walk in off the streets as an unknown.
If you are stacking the show with people you want to see win, you are also going to stack the show with people who will surely be voted off.
