I had read she was terminally ill. This seems to indicate that she isn't--which is a very good thing.
And people should go easy on the kid...afterall, if anyone took the trouble to view the archived videos of young girls greeting Elvis and the Beatles they would see similar behavior...crying, shrieking, sobbing, etc..
Apparently there was a mix up with another girl from a couple of years back also named Ashley.
