The beach ridges look almost like muscle (and connective) tissue.

You must have taken too much biology in your youth.

I see something useful like a train yard and rail switches, you see muscle tissue.

Yeah, I took a few classes. :) The pic also evokes cross-bedded dune deposits like you see in Zion Nat'l Park.

When I look really closely at the big picture, I see what looks very much like an airport. It's amazing how nature imitates the structures of man.
