I was looking to buy the Ruger 10/22 22 (22” barrel version) and every single stinking WalMartt in my area is ‘gun free’ like some panty waist dream...

Hah! And our local Mass. WalMart sells rifles and ammo. I should check some others and see if it varies by town.

I hate our stupid dumbass gun laws. In MA, gun permit issuance is solely up to the police chief. In one town, an off-duty cop can’t carry, while the next town issues nothing but All Lawful Purposes.
