I wonder about that. Was HKS in the bed with her and was it actually HKS moving? Was she all covered up? Did he see her head move or what? Can we believe/trust Moe completely?
Perhaps, nobody actually saw her talking and ALIVE since the previous night - except HKS? I truly wonder how long she was either dead or dying?
Then HKS left her all covered up "sleeping." Did he tell Taz/Brigitte not to disturb her or what? I am curious what instructions he left them, if any.
I think he may have wanted to put the most distance and time betwee himself and her death as possible. Remember his "if you die, I'll go to jail" line (who told us that?). Either he allowed her to die, or she died by accident -- but, either way, he didn't want to be the one there when it happened IMO. But I am guessing she died that morning. When Brigitte found her she was already dead. But for how long?
I wish I had more confidence in Perper being able to tell us the actual time of death. Was it 9AM? 11AM? 1AM? It makes a bit of a difference. I thought they could pinpoint it with liver temp -- or is that just CSI stuff?
" . Remember his "if you die, I'll go to jail" line (who told us that?)."
That would have been a former Nanny, who said that in Dec 2006, iirc. I might be off on the date, however without a doubt it was well before she DID die. That's actually even bigger when you put that with what Anna said to Ford Shelley.
Anna very well was not only being held as a prisoner, but also may have feared for her life, especially after Daniel's suspicious death. I keep remembering Virgie's interview with Rita when she said "what are the odds of two deaths". I don't know how Virgie held herself together during the funeral while listening to that monster saying only he and Anna knew the truth. Well, hopefully LE are learning the TRUTH now too.
