Actually, I think it's going to take decades.
I just don't get it - She was sitting in a home worth $3 million and G Ben offered it to her for $950K - why didn;t she just pay for the big house - but no she went and bought a house that needed to be gutted paid $900K for it.
It just shows that they were trying to run a scam big time on G Ben.
