Court TV....testing on DL has been done. Swab is now bound for US..tested in Ohio..sealed until April 3rd.

No HKS appeal filed, however, sources said yesterday an appeal would be filed.

It stinks!!! Why must they wait until April 3rd.

Ok...house developments...Thompson is asking to file summons for eviction of HKS. Sooner vs later. A hearing would then be scheduled.

So on April 3rd, the Judge can do a Maury type hearing..

Pro Pinder is asking for an immediate eviction of HKS from Horizons.

I guess I can relax on my trip, knowing the DNA won't be ready while I'm gone...grins.
