Ding, ding, ding!!! Yes! Wecht is afraid that his former protege, (ie., underling, Perper) who turned against him during testimony (in Wecht's case about misuse of public property, funds) will kick his butt one more time.

I really can't understand why Wecht is so tight w/$tern. Wecht must have done a really quick, Bahama's vacation style re-autopsy of Daniel, because his (Wecht's) current behavior is so out of character. There are smoking guns everywhere with this case...and Wecht seemingly just wants to shrug them off. I wonder what he may have over looked (and now is trying to cover his own butt) in the Daniel Smith autopsy?

The question i still have is since the Bahamian authorities thought Daniels death was suspicious in the first place, why did HKS/Anna hire Wecht to say otherwise???

I saw him a few minutes ago on MSNBC..... something is definitely fishy re: Dr. Wecht. He is not passing the smell test.

Perhaps he's auditioning for a spot on ET.
Wecht is behaving oddly-cheerfully siding with HKS and KE.
Most people are running away from them now and yet, Wecht is spinning like a top for them.
I didn't see this, but, my wife said that HKS drove up on a grass curb while fleeing from his home with the baby .
She said he looked like a new driver and she did not like the way he drove, especially with the baby in back.
Guess he's used to being chauffeured around.

He seems to go out of his way to shrug off things that look suspicious to the average Joe, much less someone who is supposed to be experienced in forensic science. He seems to take EVERYONE for an idiot and he already has been caught with his hand in the cookie jar and autopsy's for sale. So...

I mean to say without looking at Anna's body that he didn't think it was drug related??? Huh? How on God's green earth could he know that? Especially when the whole freaking world saw her drugged up to ridiculous levels for decades!
