Jean C explained this the other day. Said they "request" it, but basically if you don't do what the judge "requests" you can be held for contempt of court. Guess in the English Courts they just have a more polite way of saying you are ordered to do something.

So the talk of appealing it all the way up to the high courts in England was just more....BS ?
