Why won't Howard give the DNA?? If he has lost the case with the baby, and Larry is going to get what he has wanted, the opportunity to see if he is the baby's father...wouldn't you think that anyone with a lick of common sense would just throw in the "Anna didn't want this" towel and just prove he is the dad and be done with it.

I thought their laws prevented them from being forced to take the DNA, that the judge could only 'suggest' it?
