That is what I am thinking as well...that Seidlin 'knew' (or suspected) what is coming out now. And he couldn't touch any of the criminal issues...only possession of the body/burial. Yet, I wonder, if he thought, 'geesh what about the little baby...they killed her brother and her mother...and she's still there.' I wonder if that is what made him break down. Seriously. He couldn't do anything at all about her custody...and feared for her.
