"Anna Nicole Smith's SHRINK Ignored Drug Expert's Warning"

Tuesday, March 20, 2007

By Roger Friedman

"This column has learned even more: Dr. Eroshevich was put in touch by phone with an addiction and pharmacology expert at a prestigious local university.

Smith's local pharmacist, who also refused to fill the prescriptions, put them in touch. The expert told Eroshevich that the medicines and doses she was asking for were inappropriate and dangerous.

"He told Dr. Eroshevich she was in way over her head and that Anna Nicole should be hospitalized," a source who knew about the conversation told me last night.

Dr. Eroshevich was referred to treatment centers where Smith's problems — chronic pain and grief over her son's death — could be addressed professionally. But Eroshevich would have none of it.

Even though the expert warned her that the drugs she was ordering were "horrible combinations" and that one dose was enough to kill someone, Eroshevich ignored him.

Kapoor was apparently horrified when Eroshevich told him, "I need something to knock her out." And the notion that the baby might be a priority didn't seem to matter.

"She told Kapoor that Anna hadn't bonded with the baby, and that she had people there to look after her," a source said."

Sounds like it's going to come down to who ordered, who prescribed, and who administered....ANS was certainly in no shape to have done so herself, imo.

"Kapoor responded that he would not send them, and that he was particularly concerned about the dose of Dalmane, which was 12 times the limit.

"Eroshevich told him Anna Nicole was really tolerant of Dalmane," a source said."

This is just horrifying and consider this happened 7 days after Danny was killed by drugs. Khristine Eroshevich has no soul.......I am thinking of her interview with ET, as she was relating her conversation with HKS...

"And I was like.....is she dead?"

An absolutely and finally damning report by Freidman. Good job! When Kapoor looks like a good guy, the point has been made.

Let's remember KE says she has helped Perp "shape his final assessment".

I have no confidence in Perp's ability or honesty to make an accurate assessment. Hoping for a surprise.

Wow!

"Stern told him Eroshevich was a longtime friend," a source said. "He said that they hadn't given Anna anything for pain after her C-section. And Eroshevich said she would be with Anna Nicole 24/7 and that she would administer the drugs herself."

This looks like a confession to me!

To: Dr. Scarpetta; All

From the article
All of this happened on or around Sept. 15, 2006, approximately five months before Anna Nicole Smith died. Because "The Insider" and "Entertainment Tonight" have paid Eroshevich for interviews, they are not asking her anything definitive or questioning what went on in the Bahamas at that time or from then on.

Friedman gets it!! He's going to take ET and The Insider to task. I love it.

" The expert told Eroshevich that the medicines and doses she was asking for were inappropriate and dangerous."

The laundry list that Dr Erosevich put together made it look like they were preparing to open a military field hospital in a war zone.
Seriously.
That this deadly combination was being prescribed ..for ..just..one ..person... is criminal.
I am still amazed that no licensing or regulatory body has yanked her license or initiated hearings.
I don't know how her malpractice carrier can continue to support her.
Any first year medical student would know this combination and quantity was lethal.
This is probably just the tip of the iceberg in a continuing pattern of abusive and probably criminal prescription writing.
And the fact that ET continues to be one of Dr Erosevich's main support systems, makes me wonder if they have been complicit in helping bring the deadly drugs to the Bahamas.

The people around ANS didn't give a sh*t about her and ANS didn't give a sh*t about her baby. All ANS cared about was drugs. Don't be fooled.

Good God! If I hadn't watched her on ET last night I would have a hard time believing a doctor could be this stupid! However, I did watch her and when Jan Carl asked her about wasn't she worried about these combo's she just smiled and said no. The woman is an idiot, I hope she is tried along with HKS for ANS's murder...

That is beyond WOW...a case breaker. KE prescribed, and HK$ facilitated and administered. WOW. Criminal charges can't be far behind.

What a tragedy...really. ANS supported the whole damn bunch...and their greed, and 'use' of Anna killed her and and Daniel. No wonder that the autopsy details have not been released...KE was playing the Perp too.
