Yeah, I know about Milstein - I want to know why Dannielynn needs a trust based in FL.
Are you sure about Millstein being in charge of a trust for DL?
The Dannielynn Florida trust fund was a ruse, set up by HKS or the GAL, to justify the money supposedly being paid from ET or whoever for all the exclusive rights to Anna's story, death, funeral, etc.
I suppose one can have anyone listed as trustee and it might have little to do with what state the trustee resides in. I could set up a trust for my kid, say, and choose a qualified person I trusted in say, CA, to oversee it even though I'm in NYS. Milstein is probably as good a temporary trustee as anyone.
