Well, we're going to have to deduce something because the property records won't tell us outright (just because it's L.A. and too big).
KE's house was built first, 1999. And I recall reading a Realtors' listing for ANS's house that said its lot was carved out of the same lot. One old 1950s house was on a large lot, then torn down and one new house was built, with room for another.
So, KE's was built in 1999, but the last sale of it was in 2003. Assuming she still lives there, that would be her purchase.
Then ANS's was built in 2002 - so built later, but still before the last sale of KE's house in 2003. See? However, I don't know when ANS bought hers, but the last sale on it was in 2005. Remember when I found the info on the Tax Default house, $23,000 in arrears? It was ANS's house.
But the listing had it marked "sold". I don't know if that was an "old" sale or a new one. People keep saying she still owns it, so maybe she bought it back herself for the back taxes or made some other arrangement.
That doesn't really tell us who moved in there first and who came next - if they already knew each other or not. The show was 2002-2004.
It is still in default.

We have some really good friends who live in a guesthouse on an estate in Tarzana, same type of thing. possibly with a different mailing address.
